Dear Angelic Blog Buddies:
My husband, Chuck, and I have discovered a new way to experience movies showing at movie theaters. It is called: D-Box. At this time,I believe there are no theaters in Maryland that have D-Box. There are only two in Pennsylvania and one of them is in Hanover, PA which is about 30 minutes from our home. Hanover, Pennsylvania is my birth city.
When you purchase a D-Box ticket, you are assigned a seat that is connected to the action on the big screen. You have a dial on your chair that allows you to choose mild to extreme motion for your seat.
For example, for Pirates of the Caribbean, when the ship on the screen rocks, your seat rocks. For the movie Super 8, whenever there's an explosion, you have the sensation of being rocked by the explosion.
D-Box is a motion simulation system that gives you a motion feedback experience so that you feel you are part of the action on the screen.
I'm sharing this with you, because it's like being on an amusement park ride at the movies. Chuck and I are like a pair of kids and find ourselves laughing at our personal responses to motions of the chair. Poor Chuck. Whenever something scares me, I grab him.
So with D-Box, we are experiencing the movie, and at the same time experiencing our personal reaction to the motion of the chair. It's an absolute hoot.
Many of you know that I have an Aquarius Sun and also Aquarius Rising. So I love anything new in technology. Sitting in my D-Box seat, waiting for the chair to be "turned on" I am very conscious that I was born to be part of all of this. Waiting for the D-Box to start, is for me one of those "being at the right place at the right time" moments.
All of us are experiencing so many different things in so many different ways. With all the changes are taking place, it's very easy to feel overwhelmed at time by the new energies.
I would like to share ways to support yourself in this time of rocking and rolling. Because, quite frankly, everyday life is becoming a D-Box ride.
Be open to newness; open to new things. It's an amazing time on earth.
Keep a sense of humor. Laugh a lot.
Follow your instincts. Pay attention to your hunches or inner radar.
Take time to read, relax, unwind.
When faced with decisions, look at all sides. Have a panoramic view of everything.
Be flexible and adaptable.
Welcome adventures in your life. The word adventure means to enhance the becoming.
Stay awake. Stay alert to life.
Be sensitive to signs and signals.
Be creative and be innovative. Be inventive.
Listen closely with the ears of your heart. Have sensitive listening skills.
Continue to educate yourself. Be always learning.
Align with high divine ideals and the energies of the archangels.
Be patient.
Be thorough in your activities.
Take deep breaths.
Don't set unrealistic deadlines. Avoid putting way too much pressure on yourself.
There's enough pressure already on the earth.
Lift yourself up through art.
Make time for music.
Dance.
Don't be impulsive.
Participate in life.
Put your talents to good use.
Be a blessing to others.
Make time for celebrations.
Rejuvenate yourself. Regenerate yourself.
Take pauses.
Visualize possibilities and opportunities.
Help others; however, do not interfer.
Develop spiritual muscles, i.e. faithfulness.

Rethink things. You may find your need to make adjustments.

Do not energize fear.

THINKS SPIRALS
Think spiral. Think spirals. Think spirals.
You've heard about things that go viral on the internet. Someone records something in their home. They post the recording on You Tube and it goes viral. It goes around the world. The person becomes an instant star.
I am here to give you the angelic inspiration: We are going spiral.
We are becoming instant stars radiating starlight. This isn't reality tv. This is divine reality consciousness. In a holy instant you are beaming with your inner star consciousness, vibration, energy and light.

and click and see full pages of images of spirals in nature. Think of spirals. Look at spirals. Become conscious of spirals. Spirals serve as activation energies of divine blessings of evolution. Upward, upward, upward.
If you are at your computer and can take a short break and click on images of spirals. Allow yourself to have the images mirror back to you the energy you are embodying. Look for spirals in your life.
Be open to the spiraling energies in your own life. Just think about the shape of the new "going green" lightbulbs. Seashells, galaxies. Spirals in nature. The spiraling pattern of sunflowers.The spiral is the most dominant shape found in nature. It can be seen in everything from the tiny form of DNA molecules and path of subatomic particles to the cosmic form of galaxies and the paths of planets around the stars.

In your meditation, visualize a golden spiral beneath your feet moving up your entire body and out your crown chakra. Spiraling energies of light.
We are all experiencing the witnessing of hundreds of spiraling tornadoes. Spiraling vibrations moving across the earth. Storm chasers are capturing video footage of the huge spirals created by Mother Nature. We are seeing spiraling tornadoes on a daily - even hourly basis.
Spiral: Geom. Any plane curve formed by a pointed that moves around a fixed center and continually increases or decreases its distance from it. From the Latin: spira - spire - to coil.
Spirituality is spira-uality. The sacred path is the spiral path.
We are experiencing a spiraling upward energy surge within ourselves. We are lifting ourselves up and through blockages, illusions, old patterns to embrace our spiral essence and energy.
We are walking, talking, breathing energy spirals.
We are also experiencing the spiral energy in the news reporting of raising costs, i.e. spiraling gas prices.
Spirals, spirals and more spirals.
We are increasing our consciousness of our infinite identity; divine qualities; enlightenment.

A spiral is a symbol of growth, devlopment and evolution.
We are all experiencing new energy within ourselves. Does it make you restless, nervous, anxious, unsettled - a little nutso? Yes. It's a new energy and we are getting acquainted to its vibration.
The comments I hear most often from people are: I feel overwhelmed. I feel exhausted.
If we can look to our past for a similar experience of new energy, it would be to look to December 2, 1942 when we created the first self-sustaining nuclear fission reaction. The splitting of the atom had occurred prior to this. One of the key terms the divine is emphasizing is "self-sustaining".
Recently I read an article by a scientist who made the comment on how things would have been different following the nuclear fission reaction breakthrough if at the exact same time there wasn't the pure evil of Hitler on the planet. The scientist raised the question, How different would things have been if the global science community had been able to unite and focus on utilizing the atomic discoveries for the advancement of humanity rather than for fighting evil?
Just as the nuclear fission breakthrough triggered an awareness of consciousness of the responsibility to new energies and the potentialities of the new energy, we are guardians to the new energies awakening within each of us. We are becoming conscious of the infinite potential of the new energies.
Embrace with love the consciousness of your inner starlight.

BE THE BEHOLDER
Dear Angelic Blog Buddies:
In the Bible in Luke 2:10 we experience the word "behold" in divine dialogue from the angelic kingdom, when the angel says to the shepherds,
“Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people."
Just this week the Preakness promoters here in Baltimore released a poster with the headline that included the word BEHOLD. You don't see or hear the word BEHOLD very often, i.e. in the language of television commercials, etc.
The word BEHOLD has been crossing my path in a number of different ways over the past week. Whenever this happens, I know that spirit is communicating wisdom through being still and reflecting upon the word and its blessing for my life and sharing my inspirations with you in my blog.
It's funny, when I googled the word BEHOLD, one of the sites I was given referenced the furniture polish BEHOLD.
The definition of the word behold is to look at or observe.
I love the quotation, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
If we take the word apart and create two separate words we have the simple message: BE HOLD.
BE means: To have existence, truth or actuality
HOLD means: To take and keep close
Consider that the word BEHOLD reminds us to keep sacred or take close to ourselves the actuality, truth, existence of BEing. No matter what is going on around you, be holding onto your beingness. Hold the beingness.
Shakespeare gave us the inspiration: "To be or not to be, that is the question."
Are we living each moment with a consciousness that we are human beings who are gifted with a life filled with personally experiencing what it means to be?
We are here because God held the thought of our coming into being. God perceived us and conceived us as His divine creations. I love the Bible verse, "Imitate God as the child of light you are."
As I am writing my blog, I am remembering a poem that tells the story of the greeting message that the angels' give to each newborn baby upon its arrival. As the baby comes forth from the mother's womb, the angels' whisper one single word: BE.
Every day we have the opportunity to be...BEHOLDERS.
I asked the Library Angels to help with me this blog in offering a spiritual tool that would bless each and every one of you in understanding the holy gift and assignment we are each given in being BEHOLDERS.
The Library Angels never let me down and I was guided to pull off the bookshelf Joel S. Goldsmith's book The Art of Spiritual Healing in which he writes about embodying the beholder consciousness. Don't you just love it when you discover books you didn't even know you had? And even more amazing and wonderful is how the book contains information on the wisdom that spirit is emphasizing in our lives at this particular moment in time.
The copyright in the copy of the book I have is 1959. I was 8 years old when this book was published. Somehow the angels orchestrated it to be on my bookshelf when I needed it.
Joel shares that true prayer comes to completeness and perfection when there is no desire. It comes to full bloom in feeling communion when all sense of desire for anything has been laid aside. It is just as if it were Christmas morning and we have received all of our gifts. All of our wishes have been granted. Now all that remains is an all-encompassing feeling of, "Thank you."
When we lift our consciousness to this awareness of "Thank you, God," then comes the fullness and completeness of communion with God. We are resting, like a baby rests in its mother's arms. We have no desires, no wants, no needs. We rest in the knowingness that to BEHOLD is to allow ourselves to BE HELD in the arms of God.
Joel writes in his book, "We do not strive for supply. We behold supply as it unfolds infinitely from the one Source."
Additionally he offers this beautiful prayer which I share with you as a glorious spiritual blessing:
"The Father knoweth my needs, and I stand here as a beholder, not praying for opportunity tomorrow, but sitting quietly in this atmosphere of the Soul watching my opportunity come to me. Just as the rivers flow to the sea, their activity governed by some law of God because it is the normal and natural thing for a river to do - to flow to the sea to feed the vast oceans of our earth - so it is a normal and natural thing that God's grace flow to me. It has been damed up by desire, fear, doubt, and by my believing that God was something separate and apart from my being and was not aware of my needs. Now, I release all concern and stand as beholder of God's infinite goodness."
Isn't Joel's prayer beautiful? I love the inspiration his prayer gives to me. I will sit quietly in the atmosphere of the Soul...and watch and BEHOLD opportunity and infinite goodness coming to me.

COCOA BLESSINGS
Dear Angelic Blog Buddies:
For 19 years, I had the divine blessing of sharing my life with a sweet little Jack Russell dog named Benny. I gave him the name Benny, short for Benediction, because this dear little dog was truly a blessing sent to me by God; a heaven sent blessing.
Well, some of you may know that on January 4, 2010 my dear little Benny dog died. This year, days before January 4th, I found myself really missing Benny and thinking about him. After he died I had a work of art created from his ashes by a company called Art from Ashes. It's a beautiful little heart, which is so perfect because Benny will always have a special place in my own heart.
Now I am sharing this blog because something quite amazing occurred. Before I share this occurrence with you, I need to give you a little more background information.
During the end years of his life, Benny suffered from doggie alzheimer. He would at times walk in circles. When he went outside, he wouldn't make the connection of what he was to do outside; and so he would go outside and come inside and go to the bathroom. We turned our kitchen into his little bedroom with lots of cozy bedding for him; food and water. And since we were in the kitchen alot, he was always around us. It was our focus to keep Benny as happy and comfortable as possible.
Now as I mentioned above, even though we had a big backyard and would take him outside, he often times would just go to the bathroom in the kitchen. Sometimes at night, he would have such an accident in the kitchen, and the aroma would awaken me and I would come downstairs to find that Benny had walked in circles and had poo-poo all over himself and all over the kitchen floor.
My husband and I became very proficient at cleaning Benny and the kitchen floor. Believe me, I tried doggie diapers and that only upset Benny as he didn't like them and was confused by them. I don't want to dwell on the description, but trust me it was amazing how a little dog could make such a huge mess. Because of his continous movement he would cover the entire kitchen floor. Benny became an artist and the floor was his palette.
Now back to this year - 2011. As I shared, I was thinking of my little Benny and sending him love in heaven. On January 4th 2011, I also shared with Chuck my thoughts about Benny and reminding Chuck that this was the day that he died a year ago.
Chuck and I went out in the afternoon of January 4th. When we go out, we now leave Riot, our 15 year female Jack Russell in the kitchen; and Pinky the 5 year old is upstairs.
Chuck went into the kitchen ahead of me when we returned home. I heard him say, "You've got to come in here and see this; you are not going to believe it."
Now let me preface this by saying that Riot is a Diva Dog. She would never, ever think of making a mess. Nor would she destroy or tear up anything. She is much too prim and proper for such behavior.
In our kitchen we have a wooden cart with two shelves. On the top shelf was a box of instant cocoa packages. Riot (or Benny in spirit) had gotten into the box of cocoa packages; ripped open all individual packages of cocoa and shook the cocoa from inside the individual packages all over the entire kitchen floor. I am sure you are ahead of me already with the vision I am creating with my words. The kitchen floor was covered with chocolate brown cocoa. Wall to wall cocoa.
Chuck and I stood and looked at the kitchen floor in total amazement. Chuck looked at me and said, "I am pretty certain Benny had something to do with this." I agreed. I looked up to heaven and said, "Thanks, Benny. You knew I needed to hear from you."
Riot sat very daintily in her little doggie bed with absolutely no cocoa on her paws. True, she could have easily licked any cocoa off; but she had that look, "Don't blame me; I had nothing to do with this."
Chuck and I both laughed as we cleaned the kitchen up that this cleanup was a lot easier to clean than previous Benny cleanups.

Now I am sharing this blog because something quite amazing occurred. Before I share this occurrence with you, I need to give you a little more background information.
During the end years of his life, Benny suffered from doggie alzheimer. He would at times walk in circles. When he went outside, he wouldn't make the connection of what he was to do outside; and so he would go outside and come inside and go to the bathroom. We turned our kitchen into his little bedroom with lots of cozy bedding for him; food and water. And since we were in the kitchen alot, he was always around us. It was our focus to keep Benny as happy and comfortable as possible.
Now as I mentioned above, even though we had a big backyard and would take him outside, he often times would just go to the bathroom in the kitchen. Sometimes at night, he would have such an accident in the kitchen, and the aroma would awaken me and I would come downstairs to find that Benny had walked in circles and had poo-poo all over himself and all over the kitchen floor.
My husband and I became very proficient at cleaning Benny and the kitchen floor. Believe me, I tried doggie diapers and that only upset Benny as he didn't like them and was confused by them. I don't want to dwell on the description, but trust me it was amazing how a little dog could make such a huge mess. Because of his continous movement he would cover the entire kitchen floor. Benny became an artist and the floor was his palette.
Now back to this year - 2011. As I shared, I was thinking of my little Benny and sending him love in heaven. On January 4th 2011, I also shared with Chuck my thoughts about Benny and reminding Chuck that this was the day that he died a year ago.
Chuck and I went out in the afternoon of January 4th. When we go out, we now leave Riot, our 15 year female Jack Russell in the kitchen; and Pinky the 5 year old is upstairs.
Chuck went into the kitchen ahead of me when we returned home. I heard him say, "You've got to come in here and see this; you are not going to believe it."
Now let me preface this by saying that Riot is a Diva Dog. She would never, ever think of making a mess. Nor would she destroy or tear up anything. She is much too prim and proper for such behavior.
In our kitchen we have a wooden cart with two shelves. On the top shelf was a box of instant cocoa packages. Riot (or Benny in spirit) had gotten into the box of cocoa packages; ripped open all individual packages of cocoa and shook the cocoa from inside the individual packages all over the entire kitchen floor. I am sure you are ahead of me already with the vision I am creating with my words. The kitchen floor was covered with chocolate brown cocoa. Wall to wall cocoa.
Chuck and I stood and looked at the kitchen floor in total amazement. Chuck looked at me and said, "I am pretty certain Benny had something to do with this." I agreed. I looked up to heaven and said, "Thanks, Benny. You knew I needed to hear from you."
Riot sat very daintily in her little doggie bed with absolutely no cocoa on her paws. True, she could have easily licked any cocoa off; but she had that look, "Don't blame me; I had nothing to do with this."
Chuck and I both laughed as we cleaned the kitchen up that this cleanup was a lot easier to clean than previous Benny cleanups.

13 GALACTIC TONES OF CREATION

I was inspired by the angels to share information with you about the 13 Galactic Tones of Creation. I am preparing to do an Angels and Crystal Skulls seminar next Sunday, March 6, 2011 from 1 to 4 PM at Winfield Holistic Center and I will be sharing information on the 13 Ancient Crystal Skulls as well as sharing the energies of my own personal collection of crystal skulls.

So for example, I was born the 31st day of the month. For me, I am aligning to the message for the No. 4 Tone: Self-Existing. And I am contemplating the statements: Defining, Ordering, Natural Cycle, Meaningful alignment and how these words can be mirroring to me changes in myself I am feeling. It helps me understand the feeling I am having of wanting to have everything in my life in order; and that I am defining myself by aligning and attuning to myself that are meaningful for me personally.

Well, I am mirroring to each of you: "You look galactic, darling, simply galactic." I love that GALA is found within the word galactic. Gala means joyous celebration. The Divine is holding a joyous celebration of light. The celebration is centered around our evolution into beings of light; a race of angels, i.e. beings that shine with divine light.
Many of you may be familiar with the term Galactic Center, referencing the center of our Milky Way galaxy. Astrologers make us aware when planets are experiencing the energies of the Galactic Center. STAY CALM/BE THE CALM
Dear Angelic Blog Buddies:
Many of you know that I was inspired by the angels to create the website Psalm91Angels.com along with the super talented artist, Cheryl Kirsch. It is our hope that people will acquaint themselves with the blessings of Psalm 91 which is known as the Shield and Protection Psalm. At our website, we share some amazing stories about how the reciting of this beautiful psalm has wrapped people in God's protection.
I love the words of this Psalm: "I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God, in Him will I trust."
In short, God is my strength. I go to God when I need help in coping. And, quite frankly, I have been going to God a lot more lately because I am in need of God helping me stay calm; be calm. I am in need of God helping me cope with all the changes that are taking place.
The Bible also inspires us with the words, "Be still, and know that I AM God.
In the midst of these amazing, accelerated energies that have me bouncing off the walls at times, the Divine is lovingly reminding me that the way to cope is to be still and acquaint myself with God's many expressions of strength, one of which is calmness.
Haven't you found that it takes unbelievable strength to stay calm in the midst of chaos?
Don't you feel at times you just want to be crazy or get crazy like the energies that are around you? It seems to take less effort to go with the agitation energies; however haven't you found that afterwards you are thoroughly exhausted from having participated in getting angry or stirred up? And I always end up thinking: Why did I do that? I know better.
We are are here to embody calmness; to exude calmness. That's a higher calling we have answered. We are here to be the calmness of the eye of the storm. The hurricane windsof change are our traveling companions. With whirlwinds around us in every direction, we are here to stay calm; be calm. We are here to hold the center.
The dictionary describes calm as: free from agitation; still or nearly still. Not excited by emotion; peaceful.
It comes from the Middle French word: calme which means quiet and stillness. However, before that there was the Latin word: caumma which means heat of the day. It references that at the hottest part of the day the recommendation is to take a siesta; be calm; relax.
So when things get hot, chaotic, explosive - take a siesta with God.
I think it is interesting that within the word calm there are the letters "alm". The singular "alm" is really not a word. The word "alms" is both the singular and plural. Alms means a gift or gifts for the poor.
So I am taking a little liberty here by reflecting that when we choose calmness, to be calm, we choose to gift that part of ourselves that is poor in spirit. The poor in spirit part of us is that part that wants to run around with our pants on fire and get ourselves in a panic and everyone around us in a panic as well.
I am writing this blog on the morning of my 60th birthday. The gift I want to give to myself this year is to get to know God's calmness more intimately and become that calmness within myself.
There's a lot of anxieties that we are confronting on a daily basis; there are a lot of people that are quite simply pure agitation energies. I think some people wake up in the morning with the goal to agitate as many people as possible.
Many of you know my love for blown glass and that I am a huge fan of Dale Chihuly. In watching a PBS special on Chihuly (Fire and Ice), I recognized that glass blowers have the attitude, if at first you don't succeed, just break the glass and reuse the glass to create a new piece.
We have to break up or shatter the parts of ourselves that just are not shaping into the divine form we are striving for. So the breakup of old thinking and behavior allows for sacred space for remaking ourselves. You've got to break it to remake it.
One way to break up the old forms, is to take a break. When we find ourselves going down a path of insanity, craziness, agitation, anger, anxiety, the key is to interrupt yourself.
You've heard the teaching that if you feel you are going to explode, count to ten.
It's important that we take a break to create an actual break from the non-abundant energies we may find ourselves slipping into. Walk away from a confrontation. Take deep breaths. Take a pause. It's funny but one way to tell negative behavior choices to take a hike, is to stop and take a hike physically yourself.
We have the gift of free will. Choose to relax. When you feel yourself wound so tight that you feel like you are going to snap; do something that gives you the feeling of unwinding yourself. Take a walk. Physical activity relaxes the muscles that are tense. Walking helps clear the mind and calm the emotions. Someone shared with me this weekend that she walks daily through her neighborhood with her two dogs. She chants while she walks. How blessed is that neighborhood?!
There's so much yamma yamma coming at us from all directions that it's hard to listen to a very important voice: the voice of your own personal body.
Another of God's infinite strengths is wisdom. God has given us a body that speaks to us. As the lyrics of the song tell us, "It is in every one of us to be wise."
Some years ago, our carbon monoxide alarm went off in our house. It was the evening of my birthday. The alarm awoke Chuck and myself. We had a poof back from our furnace and carbon monoxide was released into the house.
The fire department was called and one of the fireman told us that there had been a slow furnace leak for sometime and it finally got to the alarm level. He was amazed that no one had experienced headaches in our home. Well, I had been having painful headaches in the middle of the night and had chosen to brush it off. My body was telling me loud and clear that something was not right; and I chose not to listen. It is only by God's grace that Chuck and I, and our dogs are still here on the planet.
Pay attention to your body. Listen to its voice of protection. Migraines, body stress, exhaustion are all signals from the Master Physician within that there is something to be alarmed about on the physical level. Just as with the carbon monoxide incident, my body was pulling the alarm with extreme headaches to get my attention.
The body will give us whisper warnings and then there are times it will pull the fire alarm. Medical research has shown a parallel between anger we do not deal with and the body's responding with a heart attack. It's just not healthy to keep things bottled up inside of ourselves. I truly believe that the Master Physician energy inside all of us talks to us continously. The Physician will attempt to get our attention through spiritual inspirations; then mental communication; then emotional and if we don't get the message the messages are communicated through the physical body. The messages are wake up calls that something is out of balance and needs attention.
I once read a statement that for every one thing that goes wrong, there are a hundred blessings. So when we have that one negative experience, it is a great time to be still, get a journal out and write 100 things that are great in our life. Sometimes teachers would have students write a statement 100 times to ingrain within the student's consciousness the desire improved behavior.
We have free will to either energize the calamity or chaos energies or strengthen ourselve with God's calmness. We can choose to stay in God's calmness until we feel our strength fortified and we are able to be the calmness in living our lives.
There's a lot of emotional stress on the planet. We are experiencing sadness, anxiety, fear. We are in the midst of great changes. Change means something is ending the way that it was before and is making room for something new. There are things that are happening that are out of our personal control, such as floods, tornadoes, etc.
With the endings we often experience the emotion of sadness. Sadness over loss of jobs when a business ends. Sadness over loss of home, property - even lives - when there are natural disasters. It's hard to stay calm when your whole world is changing before your eyes.
There's anxiety about the future. I am simply sharing this because we are all dealing on a day to day basis with intense energies.
It is important that we avoid needless pain. As I stated above, there are things that are out of our personal control and we need all our spiritual strength to stay calm dealing with these changes. We can support ourselves by recognizing situations where we create pain for ourselves. It can be in our thinking or in allowing our buttons to be pushed by others.
And sometimes we are just plain afraid of the unknown. We don't know what the future will bring. We put on a good face for the world; however, on the inside we are just downright scared.
In the Bible the statement "fear not" appears 365 times. That means there's a fear not in the Bible for each day of the year. In short, God has got us covered.
God has given each and every one of us the gift of the companionship of a guardian angel. As Psalm 91 shares: He shall give His angels charge over you; to keep you in all your ways.
I shared with people that I am a modern day Paul Revere telling people, "The angels are here. The angels are here." God has given us so many wonderful gifts of support and one of the greatest is the gift of the angelic kingdom. The angels are God's messengers of God's eternal love for us. There's a lot of bizarre behaviors taking place on planet earth; a lot of bizarre circumstances. Circumstances do not create our happiness. It is our attitude, our outlook, our approach to life that matters. The word worry comes from the Dutch word "worgen" which means to strangle. We often strangle ourselves with our worrisome attitudes. In Commune with the Angels, I also shared the inspiration: Don't worry about tomorrow. God is already there.
My attitude for this new birthday year is to remember that when I feel at the end of my rope, I just need to go to God for re-enforcement. I just need to remember to go to God for replenishment when I'm getting low on calmness.
There's been times in my life when I was seeking solutions and answers, and I would call someone and they would truthfully reply, "I cannot help you." I had to keep looking.
I love Psalm 91's words "He is my refuge" so very much because the reason why God is my ultimate refuge is because God never, ever tells me: Jayne, I cannot help you.
How awesome is that?! God always helps. Always.
One of my favorite, shortest prayers is: God help me.
There are so many beautiful names of God. One is Jehovah Jireh. The translation is God: The provider of all. All the help we will ever need in our lives, God provides. All the calm we will ever need, God provides.

2011 - CONSCIOUSNESS MASTERY YEAR
Dear Angelic Blog Buddies:
As we prepare to welcome in 2011, let’s take a look at the energies of this new year and the opportunities being presented to each of us for our spiritual growth.
The number 11 is known as a mastery number. In my service with spirit and studying numerology and the significance of numbers, I have been inspired to recognize the number 11 as two “1’s” side by side.
The first one represents the one (1) of our own individual expression, ie. the I AM. For example, I am Jayne. The second one (1) represents my individual expression, i.e. I AM Jayne, recognizing my divine identity, i.e. a thought of God, I AM Jayne, a holy woman child of God.
The number 11 is the representation of the statement I AM THAT I AM. In spiritual astrology the message of the 11th House is: I KNOW. So we are experiencing the realization of knowing I AM THAT I AM.
2011 is a year of KNOWING. It is a year of knowing ourselves as God thoughts. Albert Einstein stated: I want to know God’s thoughts; everything else is detail.
Carl Sagan expressed that we are all made of star stuff.
I would like to expand that thought to personally say, 2011 is the year of recognizing we are made of God stuff.
It is a year of knowing that we are here to live our lives with consciousness. The word consciousness means: coming together with knowingness.
We are here to know it is up to us to enhance, enlighten and enrich our minds in order to align ourselves with God’s consciousness of us.
Jesus inspired us with His words: All this and more you shall do.
2011 is a year of being conscious about the more inside of each of us.
The angels have always inspired me to recognize that whenever we are stirred by seeing the number 11, i.e. on the clock 11:11 – it is our soul being stirred in recognizing our mission and purpose: to know ourselves as God created us. The first one of the number 11 is our individual self standing beside the divine perception of us.
In studying the chakras, I have always been intrigued by the seventh chakra (the chakra of the crown and top of our heads) being referred to as a ten thousand lotus petal.
I know what it means, yet it has always been a challenge to wrap my mind around all those petals(10,000 to be exact) being part of my singular head.
Well, in November of 2010, spirit gave me an opportunity to have a personal seventh chakra experience at Longwood Gardens. In short, it was a BLOOMIN’ MIND experience.
During the month of November, Longwood had on display a mammoth mum. It is known as The Thousand Bloom Chrysanthemum. In Japan it is known as Ozukuri.
The term Ozukuri refers to a technique that originated in China and expanded to Japan several hundred years ago. It refers to growing an extremely large Chrysanthemum, with a goal of producing the maximum number of flowers possible on a single plant.
The technique requires that there is only a single bloom on the end of each individual branch. None of the flowers on the sides of the branch is used. And to further complicate matters, each flower must be perfectly placed in concentric horizontal rows on a dome-shaped frame.
The largest specimen recorded in Japan had over 2,200 flowers. Only a few growers in the entire world have been able to produce a plant that large.
Longwood produced a plant with 991 blooms for 2010.
Ozukuri is a dying art form. There are only a few growers in the entire world skilled in the techniques needed to grow a Thousand Bloom.
Longwood Gardens’ team of growers is led by Yoko Arakawa, who has trained in Japan with the master chrysanthemum growers and she continues to travel to Japan to advance her understanding of this rare art form.
Longwood’s 991 bloom mum is the largest Thousand Bloom in the United States.
When Chuck and I stood before this magnificent work of art, we first were blown away by the sheer beauty of the Thousand Bloom. We were experiencing the beauty of 991 white mum blooms. And we were in awe of the accomplishment and the symmetry of the Thousand Bloom. I felt I was having a universal experience as I was looking at the Thousand Bloom. I was in awe. God has created the Universe as such a tremendous intelligent and powerful organization. There is a super symmetry in everything. And that includes us. We are here to develop a total mastery of consciousness.
As I bent down to see where the source mum plant was, I felt an energy running up the back of my spine, to the base of my neck and then radiating through my head to my crown chakra. I was having a mirroring experience from the Thousand Bloom. The mum was speaking to me and saying, “See me and you see yourself.”
I then realized that the individual blooms were very symbolic of all the universes that exist within my mind. There are worlds within worlds inside of each of us waiting to be discovered and explored.
God has given me a mind that through my own efforts I can tend to just as Yoko tends to Longwood’s Thousand Bloom.
I was reminded of the lyrics of one of my favorite songs, “It’s in every one of us.”
It’s in every one of us to be wise
Open up your heart
Open up both your eyes
2011 is a year of embracing the divine identity that we are wise men and wise women.
It is a year to practice being vigilant with our thoughts; a year to pay attention to what thoughts our minds are having and when needed, change our thoughts and thinking.
Dr. Pillai of the Mind Science Institute says that ignorant behavior of cells is due to the ignorant mind. Once mind consciousness becomes more intelligent, there will be no room for diseases in the body or diseases in the mind.
We are being inspired to think beyond ourselves. To stretch ourselves with wisdom that enlightens us; enhances us; enriches our lives.
Always be asking yourself, whose thoughts are you thinking? A lot of times we just run our minds on programmed thinking, and the program isn’t our program and most certainly isn’t a divine program.
Just as you change your TV when you come upon a program you don’t want to watch, don’t hesitate to change your thoughts to positive, uplifting and inspiring thoughts.
2011 is a commitment year. Commit to changing your life for the better. Commit to thinking thoughts that are worthwhile thinking. Too often we are committed to non-commitment. I love the fact that the group COMMITTED just won the top prize on the TV show SING OFF.
Commitment is the key to conscious thinking. As we focus on being conscious thinkers, we realize that we do a lot of “junk thinking”. 2011 is the year to practice feng shui on our minds. Let’s release the clutter and the junk thinking.
As we raise our vibration by being committed to living a life that is filled with choices and chances in our thoughts and thinking that support our life enhancement and spiritual growth, we are aligning ourselves more closer to what is being called the God Particle Mind. The God Particle Mind is the essence of energy of infinite possibility; infinite potential.
There’s a lot of speculation about the future, in particular 2012. We are creating the future by our actions in the now. Be alert in every moment and live each moment fully and abundantly. As I wrote in Commune with the Angels, don’t worry about tomorrow; God is already there. Live fully and abundantly in the now.
As many of you know from your studies of abundance consciousness, poverty won’t change until the state of the mind changes. Statements such as “Believe it and you will see it” convey this wisdom.
When we choose to stay stuck in old programs or old thinking, we are choosing to vibrate at a low level. Through chants, affirmations, decrees, we can shift ourselves into vibrating at higher levels. I’ve shared in other newsletters and blogs that in Peter Pan, Peter teaches Wendy, Michael and John to fly by thinking lovely thoughts.
2011 is a year of mastery consciousness. We are conscious of the power within us and we own our power. We are the guardians and stewards of our own personal, God-given power. The greatest gift is the power of free will.
The mind has the ability to manifest anything it wants. We are here to live our lives choosing to be responsible and powerful.
Our true wealth is our consciousness.
There’s a beautiful Biblical verse (John 15:7)
“If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.”
God is inspiring us to remember that if we are willing and choose to abide and be in oneness with God’s consciousness; and know that God’s thoughts abide in us – because we are truly God thoughts – then whatever we ask will be accomplished.
There is really only one mind. It is God’s mind that perceived and conceived all of us. When we choose not to align ourselves with God’s mind, and have non-abundant thoughts, I refer to that as “being out of our Divine Mind.” You are either in your bloomin’ mind or out of it. I have always loved the Bible’s reference to the healing waters of the pools of Bethesda Temple. The name Bethesda means house of healing. “The angel descended into the pool and troubled waters and healing took place.”
An angel of God would descend into the pool and would heal the waters and all those who got into the pool were healed.
I have come to recognize that the pool could very well be symbolic for our minds. Sometimes our minds feel like a pool of troubled waters. Have you had moments where you felt you were drowning in your worries and fears?
I have always shared that the spiritual path is not for whimps. It takes dedication and commitment and we need to show up for our lives. I encourage people to get a life and preferably get your own life.
2011 is a year of changing negative habits and negative thinking for good; and to expand upon that statement: the changes are for goodness sake.
In his booklet, The Law of Financial Success, Edward C. Beals writes:
“If you have to walk over a field or through a forest, you know how natural it is for you to choose the clearest path in preference to the less worn ones, and greatly in preference to stepping out across the field or through the woods and making a new path.”
This is true for our thinking as well. We take the path of least resistance; we keep thinking the same old thoughts and following the same old thought patterns because it’s easier.
2011 is the year of blazing new brain trails and mind paths that support ourselves through all that enriches us, enhances our lives and enlightens us to be conscious of ourselves as children of God. John Randolph Price used the term: Super Beings.
Don’t you think it is interesting how many movies and TV shows are about super heroes?
It’s time to embrace our divine identities and embrace all the gifts God has given us to discover within ourselves. “Ye are gods; be ye transformed.”
2011 is a year to live our lives with a conviction to releasing outdated thinking with new thought patterns. And it will take us rolling up our sleeves and being vigilant.
The old path and/or old thinking are not options in 2011. This is a year of brain illumination. Keep the commitment, the focus, the light on your mind, brain power, thoughts and thinking.
Whenever a negative thought tries to sneak back in; change the thought immediately and stay focused on the positive.
Energize yourself with people who are inspiring. Just as you charge batteries – charge yourself with books, movies, groups, etc. that support your conviction and determination to be the fullness of mastery consciousness.
I receive inspiration from spirit, because it is my service to share what I receive so that like the angels, I can be a inspirational cheerleader to you.
Recently I had a profound experience that was an epiphany for me personally. Because of this event, I am now personally calling 2011 the EPIPHANY YEAR.
Epiphany comes from ancient Greek and means manifestation. It is the sudden realization or comprehension of the larger essence or significant meaning of something.
2011 is going to be a year of manifestation of miracles.
In the Christian faith, it is celebrated as the date the Magi found the Christ Child. In Eastern Orthodox Christian Churches it is called the Feast of Theophany which translates to “God shining forth” or “divine manifestation.”
I would like to interject again my calling 2011 as the EPIPHANY YEAR. It is the year of God shining forth and divine manifestation in our lives.
I have always loved all those who witnessed Christ’s birth, i.e. shepherds, Wise Men, animals in the manger. I learned about them in Sunday School. Would you believe that my childhood church was: Boring United Methodist Church. I once told someone that and they thought “Boring” was an adjective. They said to me, “I am so sorry your church was boring.” Isn’t that a hoot?
I loved that my parents had a nativity scene in our home. It was as if the cast of characters were living in our living room. They were plastic; living in a cardboard manger on top of our television set.
I especially love the Magi and whenever I am at a flea market and see any orphaned nativity members, I buy them. I no longer have 3 wise men; I have more of an assembly of wise men. So the song’s lyrics would have to be changed from “We 3 Kings” to “We 20 Kings of Orient are…”
As you know the Wise Men brought the Christ child gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
A few months ago, I was teaching an anointing class and I couldn’t get the myrrh bottle to open. No one could. I said, “Well, myrrh is keeping to itself and doesn’t want to come out at this time. There’s something going on with myrrh.”
A few month later, I would have the opportunity to personally experience a traveling icon known as the Myrrh-steaming Mother Of God. The icon of Mary wasn’t crying myrrh; Mary was blasting it out of the art. It was an incredible experience.
Myrrh is an anointing oil used for new-born babies. I believe the Divine Mother is showering us with myrrh because we are re-birthing ourselves into divine consciousness. She is assisting our birthing.
During this same time period, a good friend of mine, Kimberley Kling who has the website: mysticgardens.webs.com – was inspired by the angels to send me an essence she had created with spirit called: Gift of the Magi.
A few years back I led a spiritual tour where participants took a riverboat cruise on the Danube River and we stopped at Cologne Cathedral, where relics of the Magi are on display. The most celebrated work of art in the cathedral is the Sarcophagus of the Magi, a large gilded sarcophagus dating from the 13th century, and the largest reliquary in the western world. For years, people have made pilgrimages to this cathedral to be near the relics of the Mwho had been near to Christ right after his birth. The cathedral is often called the Church of the Three Kings.
I’ve shared in classes the spiritual feng shui practice (which originated in the Catholic Church) of taking chalk and writing above or near your front door the letters that stand for the initials of the Magi traditionally named Caspar, Melchoir, and Balthasar.
The letters also represent the words: Christus Mansionem Benedicat which translates into “May Christ bless this house.”
I love this ritual because it is welcoming the Christ Consciousness to our homes and with the initials of the Wise Men, for me it is saying to God, “May your wisdom come to visit me and find Christ here in my house.”
On Christmas Eve I was watching Nightline, and there was a feature story about Brent Landau’s new book: Revelation of the Magi: The Lost Tale of the Wise Men’s Journey to Bethlehem.
I wish I could share his exact words; however, I was in sheer bliss and Jayne joy energy over one more Magi blessing. There is no coincidence that just as we are embarking on the glorious Epiphany Year a new book is released about the Magi.
The book is the first-ever English translation of the story of the Magi. Landau, a scholar of ancient Biblical languages, discovered a document while doing research at the Vatican Library. Ignored or neglected by contemporary scholars the story was written in Syriac, a language spoke by ancient Christians in the Middle East and Asia.
I haven’t received my copy from Amazon yet; however Marvin Meyer, author of Gospels of Mary wrote:
“The fascinating story of the Wise Men from the East who came to see baby Jesus is presented, for the first time in English, in a remarkable new version based on an ancient Syrian text, and the result is a tale that is astonishing, delightful and theologically sophisticated.”
Through this translation, we get to know the Magi at the same time spirit is inspiring us to know ourselves as Magi – wise men and wise women.
We find the word magi in “imagination” and also in “magician”. The origin of the word is magh and means: “to be able to; to have power.”
Remember again, Christ’s words: All this and more you shall do.
We are being inspired by spirit to be conscious that we are able to be super beings in bold ways and quiet ways. We do have the power to experience mastery consciousness in our lives on a daily basis.

As we prepare to welcome in 2011, let’s take a look at the energies of this new year and the opportunities being presented to each of us for our spiritual growth.
The number 11 is known as a mastery number. In my service with spirit and studying numerology and the significance of numbers, I have been inspired to recognize the number 11 as two “1’s” side by side.
The first one represents the one (1) of our own individual expression, ie. the I AM. For example, I am Jayne. The second one (1) represents my individual expression, i.e. I AM Jayne, recognizing my divine identity, i.e. a thought of God, I AM Jayne, a holy woman child of God.
The number 11 is the representation of the statement I AM THAT I AM. In spiritual astrology the message of the 11th House is: I KNOW. So we are experiencing the realization of knowing I AM THAT I AM.
2011 is a year of KNOWING. It is a year of knowing ourselves as God thoughts. Albert Einstein stated: I want to know God’s thoughts; everything else is detail.
Carl Sagan expressed that we are all made of star stuff.
I would like to expand that thought to personally say, 2011 is the year of recognizing we are made of God stuff.
It is a year of knowing that we are here to live our lives with consciousness. The word consciousness means: coming together with knowingness.
We are here to know it is up to us to enhance, enlighten and enrich our minds in order to align ourselves with God’s consciousness of us.
Jesus inspired us with His words: All this and more you shall do.
2011 is a year of being conscious about the more inside of each of us.
The angels have always inspired me to recognize that whenever we are stirred by seeing the number 11, i.e. on the clock 11:11 – it is our soul being stirred in recognizing our mission and purpose: to know ourselves as God created us. The first one of the number 11 is our individual self standing beside the divine perception of us.
In studying the chakras, I have always been intrigued by the seventh chakra (the chakra of the crown and top of our heads) being referred to as a ten thousand lotus petal.
I know what it means, yet it has always been a challenge to wrap my mind around all those petals(10,000 to be exact) being part of my singular head.
Well, in November of 2010, spirit gave me an opportunity to have a personal seventh chakra experience at Longwood Gardens. In short, it was a BLOOMIN’ MIND experience.
During the month of November, Longwood had on display a mammoth mum. It is known as The Thousand Bloom Chrysanthemum. In Japan it is known as Ozukuri.
The term Ozukuri refers to a technique that originated in China and expanded to Japan several hundred years ago. It refers to growing an extremely large Chrysanthemum, with a goal of producing the maximum number of flowers possible on a single plant.
The technique requires that there is only a single bloom on the end of each individual branch. None of the flowers on the sides of the branch is used. And to further complicate matters, each flower must be perfectly placed in concentric horizontal rows on a dome-shaped frame.
The largest specimen recorded in Japan had over 2,200 flowers. Only a few growers in the entire world have been able to produce a plant that large.
Longwood produced a plant with 991 blooms for 2010.
Ozukuri is a dying art form. There are only a few growers in the entire world skilled in the techniques needed to grow a Thousand Bloom.
Longwood Gardens’ team of growers is led by Yoko Arakawa, who has trained in Japan with the master chrysanthemum growers and she continues to travel to Japan to advance her understanding of this rare art form.
Longwood’s 991 bloom mum is the largest Thousand Bloom in the United States.
When Chuck and I stood before this magnificent work of art, we first were blown away by the sheer beauty of the Thousand Bloom. We were experiencing the beauty of 991 white mum blooms. And we were in awe of the accomplishment and the symmetry of the Thousand Bloom. I felt I was having a universal experience as I was looking at the Thousand Bloom. I was in awe. God has created the Universe as such a tremendous intelligent and powerful organization. There is a super symmetry in everything. And that includes us. We are here to develop a total mastery of consciousness.
As I bent down to see where the source mum plant was, I felt an energy running up the back of my spine, to the base of my neck and then radiating through my head to my crown chakra. I was having a mirroring experience from the Thousand Bloom. The mum was speaking to me and saying, “See me and you see yourself.”
I then realized that the individual blooms were very symbolic of all the universes that exist within my mind. There are worlds within worlds inside of each of us waiting to be discovered and explored.
God has given me a mind that through my own efforts I can tend to just as Yoko tends to Longwood’s Thousand Bloom.
I was reminded of the lyrics of one of my favorite songs, “It’s in every one of us.”
It’s in every one of us to be wise
Open up your heart
Open up both your eyes
2011 is a year of embracing the divine identity that we are wise men and wise women.
It is a year to practice being vigilant with our thoughts; a year to pay attention to what thoughts our minds are having and when needed, change our thoughts and thinking.
Dr. Pillai of the Mind Science Institute says that ignorant behavior of cells is due to the ignorant mind. Once mind consciousness becomes more intelligent, there will be no room for diseases in the body or diseases in the mind.
We are being inspired to think beyond ourselves. To stretch ourselves with wisdom that enlightens us; enhances us; enriches our lives.
Always be asking yourself, whose thoughts are you thinking? A lot of times we just run our minds on programmed thinking, and the program isn’t our program and most certainly isn’t a divine program.
Just as you change your TV when you come upon a program you don’t want to watch, don’t hesitate to change your thoughts to positive, uplifting and inspiring thoughts.
2011 is a commitment year. Commit to changing your life for the better. Commit to thinking thoughts that are worthwhile thinking. Too often we are committed to non-commitment. I love the fact that the group COMMITTED just won the top prize on the TV show SING OFF.
Commitment is the key to conscious thinking. As we focus on being conscious thinkers, we realize that we do a lot of “junk thinking”. 2011 is the year to practice feng shui on our minds. Let’s release the clutter and the junk thinking.
As we raise our vibration by being committed to living a life that is filled with choices and chances in our thoughts and thinking that support our life enhancement and spiritual growth, we are aligning ourselves more closer to what is being called the God Particle Mind. The God Particle Mind is the essence of energy of infinite possibility; infinite potential.
There’s a lot of speculation about the future, in particular 2012. We are creating the future by our actions in the now. Be alert in every moment and live each moment fully and abundantly. As I wrote in Commune with the Angels, don’t worry about tomorrow; God is already there. Live fully and abundantly in the now.
As many of you know from your studies of abundance consciousness, poverty won’t change until the state of the mind changes. Statements such as “Believe it and you will see it” convey this wisdom.
When we choose to stay stuck in old programs or old thinking, we are choosing to vibrate at a low level. Through chants, affirmations, decrees, we can shift ourselves into vibrating at higher levels. I’ve shared in other newsletters and blogs that in Peter Pan, Peter teaches Wendy, Michael and John to fly by thinking lovely thoughts.
2011 is a year of mastery consciousness. We are conscious of the power within us and we own our power. We are the guardians and stewards of our own personal, God-given power. The greatest gift is the power of free will.
The mind has the ability to manifest anything it wants. We are here to live our lives choosing to be responsible and powerful.
Our true wealth is our consciousness.
